What ages are allowed in the soft play area?Adults are allowed in the soft play area, but only children up to age 5 may climb, sit on, or use the actual equipment. Children should be supervised at all times while in the play area.

Are you insured?Yes, Play2Go carries General Liability Insurance.

Is the soft play equipment regularly cleaned?Yes! We take health and safety very seriously and deep clean all equipment after each rental with kid-safe environmentally friendly products designed to kill 99.9% of germs. We also provide hand sanitizer for guests to use at the play area.

Where do you deliver?We offer free delivery for rentals within 15 miles of Miramar Beach. Deliveries outside of 15 miles will require a travel fee.

How long can the soft play be rented for?We offer 3 and 5 hour packages. Single hours can be added on to a package for an additional charge.

How do the rentals work?Depending on the package rented, we will arrive around an hour before your scheduled rental begins to set up, and will return at the end of your scheduled rental to break it down. We will handle all of the setup, sanitation, and clean up, but do require that someone is on site with us for setup to ensure everything is to your satisfaction.

How much does renting Play2Go soft play packages cost?We offer a variety of packages that start at $300 and offer both 3 hour rentals and 5 hour rentals. Additional hours can be reserved for $30 an hour. Please see our packages page for more details! We require a $150 deposit to secure your date. The remainder of your balance will be due 10 days prior to your event. We accept cash, all major credit cards, Venmo, and Zelle.

Where can you set up?We can set up both indoors and outdoors, but will require a flat, clean, dry area. Areas must be selected and approved prior to the event.

What happens if weather affects the rental?We encourage everyone to have an indoor back up space in case of inclement weather. If an event has to be cancelled for any reason including weather, we retain the $150 deposit or will happily work with you to select a new date at no additional cost.

What are the rules while using a soft play area?We ask that: Children are supervised while using our soft play rentals. No food, drinks, toys, or sharp objects are allowed inside the play area. No shoes are allowed in the play area and socks must be worn by both children and adults.
